Mood:  party time!























Hello and welcome to the world Brody James Gordon Williams, born 1 week ago today on January 21st at 930am... Joanna was amazing, and as usual she has blown me away with her strength and loving spirit... I could not ask for more perfect children, a better wife, a more loving mother for my children... I am a lucky, lucky and blessed man... I recorded a new album for Xmas, I just have to get my ass in gear and get them on my soundclick site (link on the main page).. so watch for those coming soon... peace to all the children, and the women who are brave enough to birth them.

Housekeeping
A few photo updates today. The first one is My mom and I at the CIBC Run For the Cure (I finished in 27 mins!, I helped raise $400!!!. I go to watch a true survivor walk with pride (my Mom)


This is Me at the Media Club in Downtown Vancouver just last night. I played as part of some radio stations "Monday Mike Sessions"... I't was fun, except the sound guy forgot to record my set, grrr, very grrr.

Here it is... the ultrasound from yesterday... the first view of our new little BOY, yes Little MR. Kaden is going to have a little BROTHER!!!! WOW, I'm just so blown away with joy I can't even begin to contain myself... A huge thank you to everyone at Babysnamesworld forum for downloading the new song "pregnant pause" from my soundclick site. (there is a link on my main home page) You helped get Pregnant Pause up to #25 on the acoustic rock charts (the highest any of my songs have ever been!) and your kind words and wonderful feedback has been like a round of applause for my soul... thank you from the bottom of my heart... and to my wonderful wife who posted the link... I owe it all to you, my lover.

Kaden and I went kite flying at Vanier Park this morning, what a glorious time. One of the greatest things about having kids is you get to do all the fun stuff without looking (too much) like a 32 year old weirdo.

Hello in there...

Joanna thinks we might be having twins, either that or the baby is going to be freakishly huge. Anyway, only after being married to a pregnant person have I come to realize the TRUE beauty and magical power that is "woman", my love and respect for the more powerful gender has never been stronger.

I hope everyone is having a great summer!!

Expect the Expected
Big news on the home front, as many of you already know my beautiful wife and I are expecting our second child!!! Sometime in mid-January there will be another Williams in 'da house'. I will post the ultrasound when we get it so you can all see the little miracle as he/she prepares to join the strange and bizarre little family we've got going on. ALSO, thanks to all the people that have been downloading "Positive" from the main page (no one has left any comments, so I hope you are digging on it), I have almost used up all my bandwidth so I may consider some different hosting options in the near future. Much respect and 'Peace to the pregnant!'

I posted a little studio experiment on the main page today, I call it "Positive". I've always had an inescapable ability to see the positive. Some say it has ebbed my ambition, I say screw them... and that makes me happy.... and in the immortal words of Martha : "thats a good thing".
